Josh Bethune, InterQuad

Josh joined Reece Irrigation & Pools 9 years ago, where he worked his way up from counterhand in Waterloo to Branch Manager in Brookvale. He started his new role as Branch Manager for IQ in February 2023, where he has expertly aided in the transition of Reece programs and procedures into IQ. Josh remarks that it is not only the programs that need to be intertwined, but the Reece culture and values as well, which he enjoys demonstrating to his new team.
