Sheila du Plooy, Fluidra Australia

Sheila started in the industry in 2003 with Hurlcon and 20 years later now manages Fluidra SA/NT in Adelaide. The first female State Manager in the company, Sheila has captained the branch and lead it to achieve incredible success. Sheila acknowledges it has had its challenges over the years, but says that with the right people in her team and the support of her managers, colleagues and most importantly her family, it has been an amazing journey in a wonderful industry.
