22WS COTTESLOE delivers a big punch for a small project through creative landscape architecture and innovative conceptual design. There are two key areas within this project, both tight and small spaces that required clever detailed design. The original central courtyard contained an underused heavily shaded cold plunge pool lacking connection and cohesion to the main living spaces of the home while the rear garden was a simple lawn and while sufficient, lacked functionality for our clients.
