Combining relaxation, health, and social connection, this swim spa project transformed a small L-shaped yard into a stunning year-round retreat. With help from a garden designer and expert execution by Midcon Construction, the space was reimagined to include a spacious deck, tropical landscaping, and seamless flow from the alfresco area. The spa was craned over the home due to limited access—an unforgettable moment—now topped off with an Eclipse sunroof for all-season enjoyment.
