Tucked into a coastal estate on Avoca Drive, this 25-metre fully tiled lap pool balances structure with restraint. Designed for active use without overpowering the site, it was built on reactive soil with steel screw piles, reinforced pads, and a waterproofed stone base. Finished in glass bead render, Leyla Jaspa tiles, and Travertine coping, the pool combines durability with refined aesthetics. Theralux filtration, Water Witch control and LED lighting complete a seamless single-stage build.
