Charlie is an outstanding and indispensable member of our team. Starting as a Service Technician in 2022, she quickly earned the trust of clients and colleagues through her professionalism, enthusiasm and genuine care. Now officially our Office Manager, Charlie remains highly hands-on across the business, working extensively in the warehouse, repairing the majority of robotic cleaners, supporting field operations and consistently going above and beyond to keep everything running seamlessly.
