Rachel O'Shea, Pool Controls

Rachel has spent 18 years in the pool industry and brings every bit of it to her role as Pool Controls' Queensland BDM. She stepped in to cover service calls when a colleague fell ill, obtained her forklift licence to set up the state warehouse, and drove to the Sunshine Coast on the day of her interview to make a customer delivery. That is just a Tuesday for Rachel.
